About Me
Coach Morse
I’m a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with experience working with an array of sports teams, athletes as well as busy individuals who just want to improve their physical well being.
I’m hugely passionate about helping people reach their physical potential, whether that be for performance within a given sport, running a quicker 5k, moving better day to day, looking better without their clothes on or feeling like a more confident, happier version of themselves.
My background is predominantly football based - I still play amateur Saturday league, but I love all forms of sport/exercise from lifting weights to running marathons.
Personal Training
Sessions are tailored to individuals goals and needs but revolve around 3 pillars of physical well-being:
1) Strength
2) Mobility/Stability
3) Cardiovascular Fitness
By improving these three pillars we aim to:
- Improve your knowledge on how to move effectively
- Show you how to lift weights safely and get strong as hell
- Increase robustness to injury and movement dysfunction
- Increase general cardiovascular health and work capacity
Combining this with education around nutrition allows us to change our body composition, and make aesthetic changes if desired.
Strength & Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning is about improving athletic performance within your given sport.
Sessions are sport specific and tailored to individuals goals and needs, though will generally revolve around the 4 pillars of physical performance:
- Strength
- Power
- Speed
- Conditioning
Combining these pillars with a solid foundation of movement, a robustness to injury in key area's, and increasing sports nutrition knowledge will help you to reach your physical potential for your sport.
