- ONLINE CONSULTATION - An opportunity to learn more about you, your lifestyle, injury history, what you want to achieve, your relationship with nutrition and set some early goals to aim for.
- MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT - I'll take you through some basic movements to get a feel for how you move
- AGREE ON KEY PROGRESS METRICS - Based off of agreed goals
- ACCESS TO ONLINE PORTAL - You then have access to the amazing TrueCoach online portal that houses your training plan, nutritional info, all of your key data, along with important video tutorials
- COACHING - I take you through your training plan, making sure you're confident executing everything it entails
- ACCOUNTABILITY - Weekly check ins and consistent support so you can stay on track and achieve everything set out at the beginning of the process
