So I wanted to talk a little bit about how important vitamin consumption is and though this is already known by the majority of people, what’s less well known is the role each vitamin plays in the body and where we can find them in our diet.
I devised the table below to hopefully shed some light on the predominant role these vitamins have and major sources of them.

Never been much of a greens eater but after reading this article and seeing your well put together table breaking it all diet and breaking it all down , its to really get going with it! Keep the articles coming brosef!
